Ubisoft – Talent Acquisition Manager (Mobile studios), then Talent Acquisition Manager (IT France)

May 2019 / today

I've managed 2 teams of Fullstack Recruiters. We're specialized in Gaming and IT profiles : Art, Game Design, Producing, Programming, Business Intelligence, Project Management, Instrastructure, Security, ... My team and I are acting as an internal headhunting firm, outbound recruitment represents 60-70% of our closings. In 2020, we recruited 130 people for the Mobile studios, and 100 people for our IT teams.

My Missions :

  • Management of the Talent Acquisition Specialists (from 3 to 6 Recruiters reporting to me) : recruitment, training, assessment, coaching...
  • "Full cycle" recruitment : intake meeting, job offer redaction, screening CVs, sourcing and direct approach, phonescreens, virtual and physical interviews, salary offer, negociation, closing.
  • Reporting and forecast : reporting of my team's workload, managing the openings and closings on a daily basis, creating and presenting yearly recaps, data crunching...
  • Projects : conception and deployment of an andvanced sourcing training, creation of an onboarding playook, creation of a scorecard and a question bank to implement structured interviews, implementing a new assessment tool, ...


Independant Recruiter (Entrepreneurship)

December 2019 / today (side-project)

While working for Ubisoft during the day, I am working with L'Autre Ecole at night, a Montessori-inspired school network growing fast in Paris and elsewhere. I am assisting the the Founder and CEO to grow his teaching team.

My misions :

  • Mapping, sourcing and qualification : intake meeting, mapping specialized Facebook groups, direct approach on social networks / job boards / blogs..., initial phone call with applicants or headhunted profiles, introduction of the relevant profiles to the client (21 profiles introduced), coaching of the profiles during the interview phase.
  • Creation of a scorecard and a question bank to implement structured interviews
  • Reporting of my activity, end-of-mission summary


Talentsoft – Recruiter, then Recruitment Team Leader

September 2015 / April 2019 (3.5 years)

Following a 25M€ fundrising, I joinned Talentsoft as a Recruiter to grow the team in France and abroad. During this adventure, I was managing up to 4 Recruiters. In only 3 years, Talentsoft grew from 250 to 600 employees in Europe, distributed in 15 countries.

My misions :

  • Recruitment of IT / IS / HRIS / Finance / Marketing / HR / Sales / Project profiles, from juniors to C-level. Intake meeting, online and offline sourcing (direct approach), screeneing CVs, interviews, salary proposition, negociation, closing the deals.
  • Management of a Recruitment team starting end-of-2016 (from 1 to 4 people managed)
  • Managing budgets and recruitment tools (ATS, CRM sourcing...) starting end-of-2016
  • Internal projects : onboarding revamp, managing onboarding sessions (once a month), animating internal Universities (collective knowledge sharing sessions), working occasionnally with HR on assessment, training, C&B...
  • Representing Talentsoft during fairs, webinars (100+ participants), creating written and video content, ...
